Our annual Parade of Homes allows the community the opportunity to see the incredible craftsmanship and latest building trends. This year’s event is set for September 25-28, 2025.

Mark your calendars for the highly anticipated 2025 Annual Parade of Homes presented by BankFirst, taking place from September 25th to 28th. Join us for a tour of the latest and greatest in residential construction, featuring stunning homes from some of the area’s top builders. The event will be held on Thursday and Friday from 4-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm. Tickets are available for purchase at each of the homes during the event, with prices set at $10 per person and $8 for senior tickets.

Your ticket includes an official Parade of Homes magazine, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and techniques in the industry. What You Need to Know

Parade Tickets are $10 each, $8 for seniors (age 65 and better) and Kids 5 and under are free with an adult admission. Tickets are for sale at each home during the event and can be used on ALL FOUR DAYS OF THE EVENT.
At each Parade Home, you will receive a pair of booties and the official Parade of Homes Magazine. Please keep these with you as you tour from house to house.
Visit all of the homes and drop your ticket at the final Parade Home, you can register to win a $100 gas gift card (three available) courtesy of the Eastern Ridge HBA and Ultimart.
