Our annual Parade of Homes allows the community the opportunity to see the incredible craftsmanship and latest building trends. This year’s event is set for September 26-29, 2024. Thank you to Bank First, presenting sponsor of the 2024 Fall Parade of Homes.

Mark your calendars for the highly anticipated Annual Parade of Homes, taking place from September 26th to 29th Sponsored by Bank First. Join us for a tour of the latest and greatest in residential construction, featuring stunning homes from some of the area’s top builders. The event will be held on Thursday and Friday from 4-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 11 am – 4 pm. Tickets are available for purchase at each of the homes during the event, with prices set at $10 per person and $8 for senior tickets.

Your ticket includes an official Parade of Homes magazine, providing valuable insights into the latest trends and techniques in the industry. What You Need to Know

Parade Tickets are $10 each, $8 for seniors (age 65 and better) and Kids 5 and under are free with an adult admission. Tickets are for sale at each home during the event and can be used on ALL FOUR DAYS OF THE EVENT.
At each Parade Home, you will receive a pair of booties and the official Parade of Homes Magazine. Please keep these with you as you tour from house to house.
Visit all 7 of the Fall Parade Tour Homes, you can leave your ticket at the final house you visit for a chance to win one of two $100 Gas Gift Cards courtesy of Ultimart Convenience Stores.
